Mwereerwe Community Vocational Training Centre
Mwereerwe Community Vocational Training Centre (MCVTC) is incorporated in Uganda and is registered with the Ministry of Education, Science Technology and Sports. Apart from complying with the government’s training calendar, we also conduct tailored short courses. Our training syllabus is pegged to the government’s program of skilling Ugandans by conducting both formal and Non-formal courses.
Since the Vocational Training Centre’s inception in October 2005, well over and above 2000 graduates specialized in Motor vehicle mechanics, Tailoring and garment cutting, Building and concrete practice, Hair dressing, Cosmetology, Carpentry and Joinery, Tractor operation/Mechanics, welding and metal fabrication, Auto wiring, Domestic electrical installation, Agro machinery and Beauty therapy have completed in various courses as above mentioned. These graduates have fully been self-employed or employed in government institutions and other prominent corporate companies in Uganda.
